China officially took over the rotating presidency of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) for 2024-2025 after the Astana summit in July 2024, and will launch a series of cooperation projects and actions around the world under the theme of the "SCO Year of Sustainable Development". Over the years, the SCO has given top priority to promoting digital cooperation among its member states and facilitating digital transformation. As a composite vehicle connecting innovation, industry, culture and future, digital technologies carry the common expectations of people from all countries for a better digital life.
The China-SCO Big Data Cooperation Center (SCOBDC) is now launching a call for "SCO Digital Technology Picture Works", which is open to government agencies, enterprises and public institutions, social organizations, and individuals around the world, so that the most notable moments of digital technologies, digital products and digital applications in the process of development and cooperation among SCO countries can be seen, brought into focus and spread by the world.

II. Entry Requirements
1. Pictures should be created under the theme of "SCO Digital Imprint in Pictures".
2. All entries must be in electronic form, either single or group photos acceptable (each photo should be at least 3,000 pixels long side, with a resolution of 300dpi and a size of more than 2M, and in JPGE format).
3. Forms of the entries include, but are not limited to, photographs, hand-drawn pieces, handmade works, design software, AI generation, etc.
4. A written description of less than 400 words, which explains the meaning of the work, is required.
III. Entry Submission and Selection
1. During the period of the call, contributors should send their works by email to the contact persons using their real identities, with an information sheet (please see the attachment) about the work and the pictures to be submitted attached.
2. The title of the email should be Picture Submission-[Title of Work]-[Contact Information].
3. The organizer will set up an expert review committee to conduct a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the submitted works and determine the excellent works.
4. The excellent works selected will be exhibited on the "Achievements-Photo Gallery" page of the SCOBDC website, and all the selected works will be made into an album for promotional display.

IV. Special Notes
1. Contributors shall guarantee that they possess independent, complete, clear and undisputed copyrights of the relevant works, and their works comply with relevant laws and regulations, and do not violate public order, morals and social ethics. They should also guarantee that the submitted works do not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, including but not limited to copyrights, right of portrait, right of reputation, and right of privacy. In case of any violation, the contributor shall assume all responsibilities arising from his/her work and such violation. Should any work infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of any other contributor, please send the relevant evidence by email to the contact persons, and the organizer will verify and deal with such infringement.
2. The organizer shall have the right to use excellent works for the purposes related to the call for picture works by means of reproduction, distribution, exhibition, projection, communication of information on the Internet, and compilation, and shall have the right to reduce the number of excellent works displayed, supplement and modify the written descriptions.
3. The right of final interpretation of this activity belongs to the organizer, and participation in the activity shall be deemed as consent to and compliance with the rules of the activity.
