Forum Overview

The 2025 China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Digital Technology Cooperation and Development Forum will be held in June at the Karamay Convention and Exhibition Center.
The Forum will adopt a "1+1+N" format, featuring an opening ceremony, a main forum, multiple thematic forums, and product launches, focusing on topics and collaborative areas of shared interest among SCO member states.

Forum Theme

Themed with “Digital Transformation for Sustainable Development, Digital Inclusion for Common Prosperity of SCO”, the Forum will focus on capacity building, joint research, and industrial collaboration in digital technologies and digital empowerment, aiming to strengthen cooperation among member states and provide critical support for high-quality economic and social development across participating nations.
